What We're About

The STEM Community Outreach for Graduate Students (SCOGS) focuses on mentoring the future generation by offering help in homework and tutoring. Students in the program are from schools with a large under-served population. Our mission is to make a positive impact in the lives of young people and aim at exposing our students to STEM subjects through weekly sessions and activities. We work closely with the students to complement their academic studies with our activities, thus making their learning experience more interactive.
